This process, facilitated by bacteria and yeast naturally present on fruit and vegetable scraps, produces alcohol or acetic acid, both of which have disinfectant properties. These eco-enzymes can be used in various ways, including as natural cleaners and pesticides, thereby reducing the reliance on chemical products and helping to manage waste more effectively.
